Hey guys

I was on EDF OS7 since november last year and with the price rises on the way I opted for EDF V2 Fixed price till september next year how ever I am wondering the Tariff SP brought out will that be the correct prices as of the 1st of August when they Increase standard prices.

I have 12 days as a cooling off period for the Fixed Tariff so I can cancel and stay on OS7 however if EDF announce a price rise in the next few days can I reject the price rise and move company avoiding the £60 Cancellation Charge ?.

Scottish Powers new Tariff is £100 cheaper a year than EDF V2 plus any cashback I could get so im thinking of doin that rather Fixing for a year if the SP Tariff is with the new prices already taken into consideration.

Cheers :p

I'm getting very confused but......I thought that EDF had already announced that OS7 IS going up mid July??
  • it is- i got the letter today - EDF OS7 is going up july 14th , the Fixed saver v2 will be £41 a year less once the price increase happens - the fixed 2014 is £140 more but i get 2 winters out of it (prices at my consumption)
