How long are renewals taking to complete? Did mine by post 2 weeks ago

    i sent mine back just over a week ago and im still waiting, With all the overpayment posts im getting nervous even tho i always inform them and the renewal was correct and up to date

    hope to hear back from them soon so i know everything is ok
