Some countries don't permit the use of Paypal ... so alternatives are necessary. I have recently had to use Moneybookers to pay a bill of less than £100.
I have had the most terrible of experiences. Excessive charges. Terrible support. No feedback. Innefficient. And two months on. Still not able to pay a bill... while they hold my money.
Numerous proof of address supplied, bank statements, over the top verification procedures, not getting back to me on 'not receiving the information'.
The country in which I need to pay a bill - seems to have no alternative.
I'm now being charged nearly £10 simply because they feel to. With a justification that I'm not the same name as my bank account in the UK. But I am. My name and the moneybookers account name and my bank account name are all the same.
They are appalling. I've no idea of an alternative to paying a bill in Serbia, neither does the web designer who does great work for me.
Can anyone offer an alternative to paying a bill in Serbia?
Also - has anyone had any dealings with Moneybookers?

I appreciate this may not help you much, but I have been using Moneybookers for years without any great problems.
As a way of getting repeat payments to someone in a remote place, I have taken out a FairFX currency card (=prepaid Mastercard) which I have sent to that person by courier. So now whenever I need to send them money, I just load it on the card and they can withdraw it at an ATM there.0 -
I've used them with no trouble either.I'm still driving away and I'm sorry everyday,
I won't always love these selfish things.0
