Bought new Twyford loo seat last September.

Unfortunately it cracked two days ago.

I contaced Bumford Heating Limited (who supplied it from www.boilers2go.co.uk web site) by phone and followed up by an email.

A brand new seat arrived this morning and it's fitted already.
