Tesco Launching New Brands

I've just done a survey about tesco launching new brands, but the brands will have no indication on them that they are a tesco brand.
Does anyone know anything about this? And what those brands will be?

They've been selling that yogurt brand a few months now.
I found this a few days ago about a trademark application
MU Cheddar "exclusive to Tesco"

But Yoo is also available in Asda and is made by and is the same (ingredients, taste etc) as the Nom yogurts that Morrison's have been selling for ages, so I don't think that's what the OP is talking about.
It's only a game

The Yoo yogurts are exclusive to Tesco, can't find them on the Asda website...
Sainsbury's have now started to stock Nom, but only the fruit ones (like muller light)0 -

You are right, it's not what I was talking about.
The survey said Tesco are creating their own brand of products, but these brands will have no connection to Tesco on the packaging, so anyone buying them will not be able to tell they are made by/for Tesco.
At the time I wondered if they were just going to take their own brand stuff and put a different label on it.
So instead of saying "Tesco Value Peas" the label will say something like "Gardener Joe's Peas".0 -
Technika is Tesco's own brand TV0

They already do 'Daisy' washing powder. Trattoria Verdi may also be one of theirs....other suspicions include Oak Lane, Mermaid Bay and Country Store.0

Yes I thought the Yoo yoghurts were the same as Nom
I just bought some yoo yoghurts todayMrsBartolozzi wrote: »But Yoo is also available in Asda and is made by and is the same (ingredients, taste etc) as the Nom yogurts that Morrison's have been selling for ages, so I don't think that's what the OP is talking about.0 -

Ok, I confess, I've not shopped in Asda for ages, so haven't seen them first hand but I do know that Tesco matched them with something from Asda on people's receipts during dtd/rtd (and we all know just how pernickety they were about matching exact products) and i'm sure I remember a poster saying that Asda had them in store.
Maybe they are exclusive to Tesco, I don't know but it certainly says on the pack that they are made for tesco by Nom so i still don't think Yoo are one of the "brands" the OP was talking about.

No, they are not what I was talking about, but I think they were the first step towards what I was talking about.
It sounds like they got Nom to put Yoo labels on some of their products and only sell them to Tesco.
Then Tesco had the idea of doing the same thing with there own products. Which is what I was talking about.
JenniO mentioned some names, including Oak Lane, which I did a search on. I found revues saying Oak Lane products are identical to Tesco Value products, including the price.
So maybe tesco just stick Oak Lane labels on some of their value range.
I guess it's to capture those who won't buy supermarket value range, but will buy it if it has a "brand name" on it.0
