Postponed concert refund

I had tickets to see Blink 182 next month but when they postponed it to next year I found that I couldn't make the rescheduled date. I called Seetickets for a refund which they said would process, I've just had my credit card statement & they have refunded less the booking fee on each ticket. They didn't say anything about this when I asked for the refund & although I'm sure they will say its in their T&C's I thought that in such circumstances you were entitled to a full refund? Its not as though I've bought tickets knowing I couldn't attend; I've booked tickets for the original dates advertised.
Whilst I know it is Blink 182 & not Seetickets who have changed the date I'm left feeling like I'm being charged for their decision and the priviledge of missing out, plus the tickets went on sale at the end of November so Seetickets are charging me for the priviledge of having my money for 6 months!

The booking fee is non-refundable. Would occur with any primary.
Fact the tickets went on Sale End of November and they've held your money for 6 months, I can't see how that's got much to do with what you first wanted to say but I guess you've said it to vent frustration more than anything else.
The only time I know when booking fees have been fully refunded was when MJ died!0
