Capital One Site Problems... Not Again?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with online access with Capital One?
Been waiting for my payment to show and after waiting a week phoned for a balance and its been deducted... and... and... it looks like i've had some charges reversed after the last mess but can't confirm it because i can't see my statement, lol
Ah well, at least capital one seem to like me... was expecting a fight to get the charges reversed

The site is not registering a payment that they received on the 20th August. I used the 0800 9525150 number to confirm that they had received my final payment before the due date.
I am going to leave them with 19p until I claim my rebate in January and then close the account.
