Ombusman

Heya, can anyone give me advice on the ombusman service/enviromental health? we are looking into reporting the housing association who owns the flat my boyfriend lives in. They have been very negligent towards him in the past couple of months and we are getting distressed!

Be aware that the Ombudsman will usually only look at a case if it has been through the Housing Associations own complaints proceedure first.

    Have you done this?
  • We're going through the third stage of it now. we've gone through informal chats, phone calls, written letters etc
