Does this apply to OES 13 which I switched to a few months ago i thought it was "Fixed" till next year. The old OE9 was fixed, wasnt it?. How can they charge a £50 moving fee, then put prices up?

OES13 was not a fixed rate tariff and is affected by the announced price change. Check the SP website for how it will affect you.

There was always an early exit fee on the deal you agreed to, and this has not changed. If you exit early the early exit fee you agreed to can be applied.

What's needed is a mass exodus of customers from Scottish Power. If we co-ordinated an enmass switch request by thousands of their customers it would send a strong message to SP and all the other utilities.
But we cant without paying the £50 cancellation fee! This "Extending" the cancellation fee is disgraceful., so in other words they have a "permanent" cancellation fee.!
