Sorry, I did know it wasn't your DD, and in your position I'd be doing EXACTLY the same, just wanted you to know that I'm pretty sure it does have to come from the tenant rather than any other concerned parties.
If any of the HOs are halfway helpful, btw, your DGD's Mum could, I believe, put in a complaint and say that as the relationship appears to have broken down she would now prefer to deal with someone else. I am not sure if that is possible but I can't see why it wouldn't be. Of course it may boot the one she has ATM into being more human, you never know how these things will go.Signature removed for peace of mind0
