Help! Moving house-want capped/fixed now! is it possible?

I've been watching Martin's emails for a while, re expected Utility price increases and now Scottish power announce increase. I want to fix or cap now but am moving house in August. EDF don't let you take tariff with you. Are there any suppliers who will?

Are you sure about EDF? I was wondering the same and just had a look at the FAQs for a couple of fixed tarriffs :Fixed Price 2014
