Setting Start date on switching

30th June I end my online saver deal with EDF. I have priced up a fixed deal with npower. Question is can I start the switch process now to complete on 1st July to avoid exit penulty or do I have to wait until the end of the month?
Sorry I don't know the answer to the EDF question, I do with Eon.
Just reading the threads here is more like watching musical chairs (or like moving chairs on the Titanic).
You are leaving EDF for a better deal and loads of others are switching to EDF for a better deal:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:"If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

You can't dictate a switch date, but you should be fine with 30th June, as it invariably takes 4 weeks plus.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
