Purchased online item missing help

I recently purchased some good online of which 1 item was missing. Everything else in the package was received and accounted for.

I've emailed the company involved and exchanged a few emails which once they have found out I'm missing an item.
The last email I had back from them was confirming the date I received the package which I am not disputing.
However when I sent back them an email to say exactly what my problem is (initially they could not find my order) they have gone silent and not returned either of my last 2 emails.

What would be a good next step?

I've had a look on this website but nothing seems to cover partial loss.
