Any experience of buying tickets for AC Milan vs Inter?

I've booked cheap flights to Milan over the weekend of Inter Vs AC as a birthday pressie for my OH. I've been searching the web but the cheapest tickets I can find for the game are £100 each! :eek:
The problem is with it being such a big game i'm worried that I won't be able to get them from the ticket office over there or the team websites.
Has anyone been over for the derby before? What was your experience of getting tickets? Any advice on the cheapest way to buy them would be much appreciated.
