THTC tariff - cannot change provider?
I have been trying to change providers in the past and always got rejected, but never a clear explanation why. I live in the North of Scotland and have night storage heaters and am on a Total Heating Total Control tariff which means the cheap electricity comes on during the day if temperatures plummet. I am with Scottish Hydro - is anybody else in the same situation and has any advice? Is there is a way to save or am I at the total mercy of my current provider unless I change to the simple day and night electricity (and go cold at night)???
