When you register the company, you choose whether you are:
Ltd
or
Limited
As far as I am aware, you cant change it as and when you want to
When I am filling out forms I always write it in full!

In reality, it makes the square root of [EMAIL="b@@@@r"]b@@@@r[/EMAIL] all difference whether Limited is abbreviated to Ltd.
I was just making the point that, officially, companies register their name as Ltd or Limited - they can choose when the company is registered.0 -
