Hi, hoping someone can advise me
Looking on my online account with Atlantic, i am in credit with both gas and electric.
My gas is in credit by £53.25, and my electric is £268.10.
I pay gas monthly dd of £64 and elec £71, i tried to tell them when they set these amounts that it was too high, but they wouldnt listen.
My new bill is due 4th Aug, so before then they will recieve another £128 for the gas and £142 for elect.
If i ring them with a meter reading, will i get this current credit back? or will i have to wait until august?
If they were to send me the current credit amounts, surely the money theyll get in the next two payments is enough to go towards the next bill, plus it will be the most recent bill since turning off the heating after the winter, so is always lower.
Also, does anyone know if atlantic are offering any capping deals at the moment? as i was going to ask them when i ring about the above xx
