After 10 years in this house my 1 and only downstairs window key went walk abouts... All the windows have ended up locked (Their locking mechanism is the same as the upstairs window opening mechanism so it was bound to happen) and it was starting to get stifling in the 3 days lovely weather we've had...
I emailed http://www.windowhandlekeys.co.uk/ a picture of my window handles on a Saturday afternoon. First thing Monday I got a reply with which keys I needed, I ordered them straight away and they arrived first thing Tuesday morning.
