Jet Ski - Fit for Purpose?
Comments

It basically comes back to whether I have any legal grounding under UK law. I dont think anyone would argue against a ski lasting for < 70 hours being not fit for purpose - assuming service, maintenance history, no accident etc (obviously I need to prove that).
Im noticing that Kawasaki Morots CEO details are very hard to come across. Seems to be a president named Takeshi Teranishi - but contact details seem scarce! This would be my plan B!To Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option

Even the original purchaser wouldn't have much of a chance at getting anything out of them through legal action (unless the jetski was purchased directly from them).
This is because the statutory rights given to consumers by the SOGA are between the purchaser and the retailer and not the manufacturer. (unless the goods were bought directly from the manufacturer).0
