I quit.I can't take anymore.Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.
Got a huge Buzz out of it.0 -
But do send a letter to the head office of Aldi saying that due to harassment from a contractor acting on their behalf they have lost a customer, the more letters they get the more likely it is they will give Parking Spy their P45
(Yes I know it won't be a P45, because Parking Spy charge stupid "early" release fees to landowners whom want out of the contract)0 -

If I knocked on your door demanding money would you give me any?

Thought not. You owe them nothing, ignore them.0 -

Same applies to you. How can it cost you loads if you don't owe them anything to start with?0 -
No consequential loss in a free car park, so asking for ludicrous sums as a "Charge", is not on as it constitutes a penalty which is unlawful in a civil situation governed by contract law, ignore these clowns is best advice.
Some of these PPCs are stupid enough to send invoices to courier companies delivering to shops where there is no back door access0 -
these threads should be limited to 2 posts ---1 by the op and the next to ignor. Although i enjoyed the reason why the op returned to their car after sparking pies ludicrus claim:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

Good result however makes sure you keep the letter at hand. Remember you are dealing with numpties at Parking Eye. They have been known to still make demands.
Hopefully it will be the end of the matter for you.0 -
You can actually get sent a letter if you drive in and think "No, I'll not park, I'll leave now" as they've clocked your number plate and you've not bought a ticket.
Or if you use their entrance to turn round in, on the same basis.0
