Had not thought of reduced power for maintenance, how would I check for the Rosemarkie transmitter?

Have you got a good quality aerial cable?
The old brown coax used for analogue over the years gets cracked and lets in rainwater and leaks out signals.
That's what happened to me when the weather changed in Oct. I lost Mux A. So I replaced the old brown coax with satellite grade aerial cable from https://www.!!!!!!.uk ...et voila! the signal was back and improved.0
