Order of work? painting vs heaters/ light fitting

It's probably a silly question but here goes...

What would be the best order of work in this case...

Want to get all the rooms painted, but also need to change some wall mounted convection heaters and change the light fittings to new roses & pendant lights.

I'm guessing the heaters need to be done before the paint (or rather take old heaters off, paint, put heaters back on?) but wasn't so sure whether we could have the lights done after decorating.

Any advice appreciated.

Cheers!

best to do all the work first. as long as you fit the roses, you could leave the actual lights/lamps till last.
    Get some gorm.
