As above, need to write a long complaint email to him about the complete balls up that his TalkMobile company made of transferring my wifes number across to their network.

Do you specifically want to contact the CEO or will/have you tried their complaints procedure first? The more time the CEO spends dealing with complaints the less time he/she'll have to CEO

The CEO email address goes straight into the normal queue for complaints, so it's not really worth bothering with.

so go through the complaints department like a normal person. do you really think the chief executive of a massive company gives a monkeys about your complaint when they have an empire to run! what an over inflated sense of self importance you must have!
The only time that a CEO cares about his/her customers (correction - appears to care) is when a camera is shoved in their face by a crew from Watchdog or similar type TV Programme.
Other than that - keeping a customer happy is not going to happen. After all, if one leaves, another one will come along......0 -
fair enough - will try the customer service bods.
Mind you at least half of the ones that we have spoken to over the last few weeks have lied to us.

Sirmarcus would know what to do in this situationSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

I do believe he appears in all the monthly brouchures they produce and it says something along the lines of if there is something we could have done better, drop me a line.
Where it goes after you have emailed him, I guess is a different matter.0
