Feedback help

I'm confused as to what feedback to leave!

I bought DS some squidgy play blocks. They were only £2 with £3 postage.

Described as excellent.

A week later, I got a message to say they'd only just posted them (despite auction saying 3 to 4 days delivery) as they forgot.

They've arrived finally, postage paid was only £1.72 and wrapped in a piece of brown paper.

More annoyingly, over half of them are dirty, with what looks like baby food, and baby snot! And one has either white paint or tippex on!

It's obviously not worth my while returning such a low cost item, as sending it tracked would cost more than I paid for the item.

What would you do? Contact the seller and point out that they're clearly not excellent? Or just leave FB? And what FB?! A neutral? Obviously a low star for dispatch time, and description, and perhaps postage costs...?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    Contact the seller.

But I suspect it will end in a neg, as anyone prepared to send out that rubbish and overcharge on the postage isn't going to refund the money just like that.

Well, I've sent them a message, so will see what they say.

I'm just amazed someone will send something out without washing it first!

How do I get tippex off?? Not the sort of thing I want DS putting in his mouth!
