Barclays pre approved offers??

I have a pre approved offer of a loan for £11,000 at 19.9!!!! apr which has come on this month.

I am currently £1000 over drawn with the bank, I was wondering I know that Barclays update the internal offers on the first monday of each month, if I was in credit by the first monday of July if the offer would have a better apr?

That is a very sucky APR for a loan! I recently got a loan with Barclays at 7.5. This was offered to me through an account review though, not through my approved offers.

I know very high apr, thats why I was thinking if I was in credit maybe next month there would be a better offer?

Depends on what apr you are paying for being overdrawn but I wouldnt take it unless you were doing it soley to clear overdraft and repay early.
