    It's a lot of money for me, that I could really do with right now. I can not understand why it isn't being dealt with, and where my money has gone.
    Everyone at quidco is nice, and has been very helpful. however, Despite all their assurances, another week has gone by again, and I'm still out of pocket.
    Has anyone else had this sort of issue? I initially thought that someone internally cleared the a/c as I never had any confirmation emails about the payment request either. I'm absolutely disgusted that they can be like this, and devastated that the money I've been saving all this time has just disappeared.

    Hi quidco representatives...
    I have sent many many messages, and after I posted this on here I have received two more messages from quidco support, saying that they are 'still looking into it'. WHY???
    Coming up to two months now, and I've lost count of the amount of times I've been told a) it's getting looked into
    b) you will get your cash back within 72 hours
    c) there's a technical problem
    I'm going round in circles. It's £300!!!!! God I am gutted that I 'saved' it up, and now I've lost it all. Someone somewhere has got it. Why can it not be traced? I swear blind that someone within quidco must have taken it, as I can not see how else this would happen, and why no one at quidco can actually see what's happened to it. The only person losing out here is me. It's over a week's wages for me. Sorry about the public rant, but I honesty don't know what to do next. I have spoken / emailed so many people at quidco now, and keep getting fobbed off. I've never ever known anything like it. What is going on??? :(

    Hi Quidco rep, what is Quidco rewards? I've logged into my account today and there's a banner to say earn even more money while you shop, click here to find out more and opt-in. I clicked to find out more but it says it's only opne to people who have made a purchase with you (I've made lots of purchases with you) and doesn't say anymore.

    Hi @athenajm,

    Quidco Rewards is a way of earning a bonus amount of cashback for making a certain amount of purchases with the participating retailers. All retailers participating in the Rewards scheme show you can earn a coin on their Quidco retailer page.

    All you need to do is opt in via your Quidco account and then make purchases online with the retailers in this reward, for a purchase of £10 or more including VAT.

    Once the cashback is confirmed, the coins will be totalled up and if the target is met, the bonus is added within 24 hours of the last transactions becoming 'confirmed.'

    I got a code through MSE for the £10 Quidco code bonus for new customers (this: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/deals-hunter/2015/06/30/free-10-spend-at-tesco-argos-ms-1000s-of-other-retailers-via-cashback/) and purchased an item through Argos.

    This item hasn't been tracked properly and I made the purchase over 7 days ago. I just raised a cashback claim. But how do I go about getting the £10 bonus as promised? The cashback query raised only comes to 0.37p but of course I am due an extra £10. Will this be automatically added on when the cashback (hopefully) eventually gets approved?

    Been waiting over 4 months for a gambling cashback to pay out. The estimated date for payment is actually today and what a shocker .. quidco can't investigate claims for this retailer.

    (and yes, i'm being facetious ..)

    If this casino site decide to reject my cashback anywhere down the line and quidco can't (or won't) investigate, i'd wager it's a case of simply "well, tough".

    Sorry for the rant.

    Please don't worry. If your transaction doesn't track within 24 hours of your purchase date you can raise a claim for it by going to the support menu and clicking 'Create cashback claim' (or by following this link).

    If you need any help raising the claim you can always contact Quidco Support in the same menu, they're always happy to help with any cashback enquiries!
