Bank Charges Again

Hi There im going to try and reclaim my bank charges from HSBC for unauthorised overdraft charges etc, i am currently on a dmp and because of all the past bank charges which i had over 2 years ago this was the result and i had to start up a dmp.

However i am a bit stuck with a template letter not sure what to write, can anyone give me some advice as what to put, not good with letter writing, would appreciate a response.

On what grounds are you trying to reclaim them? There has been no success with the legal route since the court ruling, you could look at the financial hardship side but since the charges were over two years ago and presumably they have stopped them now since you're in a dmp this may be seen as them already being 'sympathetic'. Have a look through the guide though.

i was going to try via the hardship route, those charges along with other credit card debts lead to the dmp, ill have a look at the guide. cheers
