Internet shopping delivery issue

Morning,

I purchased a camera from the Jessops store online on thursday the 2nd of June.
There was free next day delivery on this purchase.

The item still hadnt been delivered by Monday the 6th of June so I decided to track the order.

Apparently the order had been delivered and signed for by a Mrs. Mayne at !7:10 that day?

Nobody of that name lives at my address and I was in all day.

My wife arrived home at 6p.m.. When we were locking up the house at 10:30 p.m. there was a card from Yodel with no delivery info on it appart from my name. there was no card present when my wife arrived home at 6p.m.!?

I emailed Jessops and Yodel/DHL on the 6/6/11 no reply from both yet!

I phoned up Yodel to try and get redelivery to the correct address, they couldnt get hold of the driver on the 7/6/11.

I phoned up Jessops who said they would look into it and get back to me by 3pm on the 7/6/11 as the camers was for my wife's birthday on the 8/6/11.

Jessops didnt call me back. I called them and left a message for the member of staff who was dealing with my complaint to call me back. they didnt.

I then phoned Jessops on the 8/6/11 to cancell the order and request a refund due to non delivery.
I was initially told they couldnt do this as they couldnt give a refund without receiving the goods back. I pointed out that the goods were with their delivery supplier and not with me.
No luck on the refund so I asked to speak to a manager who promptly asked me for my email address so that she could send out a non received goods form for me to fill in to process the refund. I was also told that the refund would not be with me untill the 15/6/11 at the earliest!?

Should I not be expecting the refund befor this?

Also can I request back the cost of calls i have made to chse this matter up with both DHL/Yodel and Jessops?

    They have up to 30 days to refund you. You can ask for your cost to be met...but they can refuse,
