my mum passed away on 16th october - on 26th i send a letter and death certificate to british gas (as advised to do over phone by them) to confirm and to inform them i would be the exec of her money...........she was £207 in credit........ it has taken me numerous phone calls and im no nearer to getting the money, which…

took me a while to find this thread again,
you may find it easier to phone energy watch as well and talk to an adviser personally their number will be on their site, make sure you take names and extension numbers so you dont lose track once someone is dealing with your problem, at least that way you'll know whether theyre on the case.
