Hi
As a devoted DFW I bought a small Wedgewood vase off eBay which will be part of my xmas present to my Mum (aww). But it's a bit grubby so I'd like to give it a clean on the outside.. trouble is I'm paranoid. It is the pale blue jasperware type of Wedgewood.
Does anyone have any tips please?
BTW I'm a bloke so keep it simple and I don't have any exotic cleaning things in the house!
Thanks in advance,
Nick

I'd clean it with soapy water (washing up liquid will do) and a soft, dead toothbrush0

I collect the blue jasper wedgwood and I agree with apprentice about washing in soapy water. I use a bowl, fill with hot water and a squidge of washing up liquid. I put a folded tea towel in the bottom incase I drop anything. It will cushion it against any cracks.0
