Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker

I'm having terrible problems with this company as they delivered late & sent the wrong spec fireplace. I can't get a sensible response from the company- the guy's name is Raj & I just want this fireplace as ordered & fitted. Ebay clients say they are great but I have had a very poor experience with them. I'm relectant to send it back as I've waited 2 months & the trim kit to put it right would be fine. IF HE WOULD SEND IT TO ME!!!!!!
