Vacant property, best electricity provider?

Evening all
Have had a good look around these parts today and been on some switch sites, but there are so many knowledgable people here I thought I'd get the right answer by posting.
My flat is currently vacant and shortly to be on the market to sell. Since I moved in a few years ago (when I was less wise than I am now!) and even when it was rented, the electricity has been with EDF, who I have never rated but never thought to change. There is only electricity required (no gas to the flat) and heating is 'economy 7'. I'm on the standard tariff and have just put it back in my name.
My question to you wise people, is who is the best provider to go with for a property that doesn't use electricity (all power points are switched off)? I've been told by the estate agent to request a 'nil standing charge' tariff, but arent sure what this means or how to go about requesting it. I've also been reading a lot (mainly on here) about Ebico. Is this the sort of company I'm looking at being with with regards to the nil standing charge?
If anyone could advise I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not clued up with these sorts of things. Sorry if I've missed anything out, let me know if theres any info I need to provide for a more comprehensive answer!!

Most tariffs from the majority companies are 'nil standing charge'.
That term means you don't pay a daily standing charge -e.g. 30p a day.
These tariffs raise the 'standing charge' by charging extra for the first units used each quarter(actually it is pro-rata daily). It is termed the 'tier system' paying extra for the first Tier 1 or primary units and the tier2 of secondary units are cheaper.
Ebico are an exception in that they don't have a daily standing charge or the tier system, but a flat rate for all electricity units -regardless of your payment method.0
