hi i started my reclaim with barclays a while back, followed the steps and sent a well modified letter, using the template. I used the human argument as i was and am still in financial difficulty.( claim for £ 2300) barclays wrote back a few weeks ago asking me to fill in a debt/budget planner ( which i did although it took me a few days)
the letter stated that they would reply with a decision "as soon as but no later than 7th june" . no reply as of yet how long should i leave it before i contact them ? many thanks
