Cancelling an Ebay Transaction

Hi

Please can anyone advise me if my buyer agrees to a cancellation of a transaction, will it remove the feedback and the DSR's for that transaction?

No it doesn't. The only way a transaction is cancelled re feedback from a buyer is if a full NPB is undertaken.

Sorry I didn't make myself clear. The buyer has paid but is not very happy with the item so she left low dsr's. We are going to refund her in full, so that was why I wondered if she agrees to cancel after we have done a refund will the feedback/dsrs disappear?

You need to ask them to revise their feedback, if they agree they can change from neg to pos. Not sure if the stars can be changed though.
