Hi, just wondering if any LL have decent brokers or companys they use as i have tried a few places today, (sarah beenys advert the main culprit!) Heres the situation ive found myself in -
House purchase nearly there

Need a tenant before can have buildings insurance
Need to have house before i can find a tenant
Catch 22 or what?
Any advise please.

eg paragonadvance:
"If there are currently no tenants in, or ready to move into the property, then full cover is subject to the property being tenanted within 60 days from inception. If you know that the property will not be tenanted within 60 days from inception, you should inform us immediately, as this could result in cover being cancelled, with a charge being applied for the time on risk. If the property is unoccupied from inception, but will be tenanted within 60 days, please contact us once the tenants' details are known, so we can update our records. "0
