the 300 points cannot be transferred to any other CLUBCARD account
Interesting! :cool:0 -
This is not as good an offer as it first seems as you can only order online so incur delivery cost which is more than the monetary valueof the 300 points on offer via Andrex or am i missing something?0

Is there anything attractive about this promotion, really?0
-
I dont think so - I got all excited when I read the 10,000 word cap thinking there would be loads of low end stuff with 100s of points on.
I havent seen anything worth buying.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
Some stuff starting to be added to Direct. These aren't too bad
http://direct.tesco.com/search/default.aspx?search=capri+applique&confirm.x=60&confirm.y=11
Single - £10.11 and 300 extra points
Double - £13.48 and 400 extra points
King - £20.00 and 500 exra points
Advantage of Direct is that there is currently a £15 off £75 code to bring the cost down.
There are also some heavily reduced tents with a lot of points on.
Some of the other items in the promotion are a bit grim (table lamps that they must be trying to shift). If you pull up the above items and then click on Clubcard Points Booster, then you will findsome of the other items. The only way I have found to do it is by finding a link to items in each point band separately - would be great if one of you more savvy peeps could find a way of pulling up a comprehensive list .....
Items to search include duvets, duvet sets, cutlery, mugs, lamps, rugs, curtains, wall/ceiling lights, weighing scales - I am sure more will be added before Weds (hope so!).0 -

What I did notice instore today was those some large SEl (the advertising sized ones - quite big) they had a QR code on, you know the ones you scan with a smart phone and then something saying save £20 at tesco direct.
I was looking at a kindle when I saw it. So it put me off buying instore I thought i'd check the price at home. Which I havent done yet as Ive just remembered.
Wonder if scanning the QR code with my phone which I'm assuming would have taken me directly to the kindle online would have displayed the price £20 cheaper.
I will have to go back and investigate - great another techno gadget thing I have to get my head round.
ETA: just checked online and you can only buy a kindle instore, its not available for home delivery.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
