There's loads on Ebay. I bought an electric one last week so that I could have more control over the piping. Search for Russell Hobbs Cookie maker on Ebay or Amazon. Very cheap.TL0

I usually use a freezer bag. Cut one of the corners off the bag (as large or small as you need), fill with the topping, squeeze the filling as far into the bag as you can so you have control of it and "pipe" the topping through the hole. I have used this to pipe on a cross when making my hot cross buns.0

My local Co-op usually has a cheap and cheerful piping set available. It's one of those many things they put on a hangar rather than directly on the shelf.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Wilkinsons sell the icing bags and the syringe type. Quite inexpensive.0

You can also make one with grease proof paper. Fold it into a cone and wrap the top over to seal it. Cut of the pointy bit off at the bottom to the size you want and fill with icing. When finished, give to a child of any age to lick the paper clean!0

Here's the link to one on Ebay with pictures, in action, so to speak.

Russell Hobbs Cookie Maker
It automatically squeezes out the cookie dough or icing through your chosen nozzle. I prefer it because I find squeezing out the icing with one hand while aiming with the other a bit fiddly. With this, all I have to do is aim while the power does the rest. It doesn't come out fast, but slow and steady. Hope that helps. (BTW, it's £7 on Amazon.)TL0 -
