claiming bank charges but on incum sup

hi all, ive started claim my bank charges back, and they come to £2600, im income support. and the bank takes most of my ben every week. if i win at court do i have to tell them? and will it affect my income support?
savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:

I`ve got the County Court Fees leaflet.
It says you will have to pay a fee unless:
You or your partner receive income support.
You receive income-based JSA.
And a few other things if you have pension credit or disability element WTC.
I didn`t know this when I claimed from Bank of Scotland, Marks and Sparks and Paragon finance. All paid up and had to refund my court fees. Good luck.0 -

I paid the fee but got it back along the the interest.Remember...You are not a salmon!0 -

You can up to £6000 in savings without it affecting I.S.
Tell them if/when you get the money, just to make sure you don't create a problem for yourself.0
