Reclaiming Credit Card Charges

Hi MSE Martin between me and my husband got quite few credit card debts for years due to my husband suffering bipolar2 addiction gambling. Some creditors still paying £1 token payment, 5 ccj court cases have gone through and few more can't supply Credit Agreement accounts been suspended. I just got email from MSE topic about claim, can you please tell me according to my circumtances have I gone chance claim back Unauthorised overdraft fee, Late payment fee, Exceeding Unauthorised Overdraft Limit and etc. Can you give advice please thanks.

Sorry just to clarify - are these credit card charges or bank charges? (you say credit card debts but then mention unauthorised overdrafts). Credit card charges can be reclaimed, there is a step by step guide in the sticky at the top of the forum. Bank charges are having little success at the moment unless you qualify for the financial hardship criteria, and even then it is at the bank's discretion.0

Thanks for your reply I really appreciated. Mostly are credit card overlimit and late payment charges, part from two joint current accounts with halifax and lloyds tsb when the problem out of control then gone over the overdraft limit and charged unauthorised overdraft limit fee, Late payment fee...0
