Santander/A&L switched account- overdraft charges

Hi,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help.

Last year I switched to A&L on their £100 switching bonus offer.

As well as the bonus, the account gave an interest free overdraft for a year.

That year has now ended and I have just reviewed my overdraft charges, convinced they would be £5 (50p a day capped at 10 days). However, its £10 (50p capped at 20days).

I am *convinced* that when I signed up to A&L the overdraft offer was for 10days after the year had passed.

I've checked Santander's o/d charges and they say that the 10days is for the 'preferred account' and the 20days is for the 'everyday account'. Mine is titled the 'premier account'!

I just wondered if anyone else took the same offer and can remember the T&Cs or anything? I've recently moved house and wouldn't know were to BEGIN to find the paper work (although it'll be somewhere!)

Thanks in advance,

Kaz
