Just to warn people about their apalling customer service! I bought a jacket for my dad for which I had to pay £4.95 p&p which had to be sent to my address as i am the card holder (I live in Manchester and dad in London). It was too small so I sent it back asking for a bigger one with a letter asking for the package to be sent directly to him (i had to pay another £4.95 p&p). They have re-sent it to my address. I have emailed them 4 times now and I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. I wouldn't mind but I don't even like Chelsea!!! :mad:

Thats how they could afford the £50 million for Torres, :rotfl:
Add all those charges up and you get one Torres.
It is not good practice though them not even acknowledging your correspondance.
