Dispatch Notification Option Missing

I have just went into sales records to send a buyer an email telling them I was dispatching their item today but the option is no longer there, is this a glitch or one of ebays so called improvements?

This is an improvement.
When you mark as dispatched, the buyer gets an ORDER UPDATE, or not, if you read the boards. They are running at about 35% success rate on my listings.0 -
So if I have need to send them a customised message for some other reason how do I do that, any ideas?0

If you want to contact the buyer, you can use their email (if it's up-to-date) or via the contact member button, no more sending email type messages via Ebay anymore!0
