After stating that i used the National Express quite happily on:

I found today that a ticket is £2 more expensive using a discount card. So i have sent a complaint entitled "some discount". I know, I should be polite but hey - i paid for the priviledge of a discount card only to end up paying more - i think i have a right to be annoyed!!
