Hi,
Ive been lucky enough to have kept to a tight budget and am able to go away on holiday this year! One problem is I don't get paid again until the 2nd day into our holiday and would be using some of this towards spending money, I went online to check what charge's I would incur and read the following from co-op bank......
We currently charge a 2.75% conversion fee, plus 2.5% or £3.00. From 1st July we will charge a 2.75% conversion fee, plus 3% or £3.00 whichever is the minimum cash advance fee
I'm I right in thinking I will be charged 5.25% everytime I withdraw money? Working out about £5 to every £100? Plus the atm could have charges to! Thanks for any help

Yes, that's about right.
Have a look here: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-travel-money
There are some current accounts you can open that charge nothing at all, but it might be a bit of a hassle to open a new account. A prepaid card like the TravelEx Cash Passport Globe (the card in Pounds Sterling, not the ones in specific currencies) would be a simpler option and only charges 1.49%.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
