. The prize is only redeemable at the Park Inn by Radisson Manchester Victoria, Victoria, Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester, M4 4EW, it cannot be transferred to another hotel. 2. The prize is valid from the issuing date of the 9th August 2011 through to and including the 9th August 2012.
3. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other services.
4. To redeem the prize room reservations must be made for all stays with a minimum of 72 hours notice and is subject to availability.
5. The hotel room is for normal hotel use and cannot be occupied for more than 3 days per reservation.
6. The prize is for 1 hotel bedroom per night.
7. The Park Inn by Radisson Manchester Victoria reserves the right to access the room as and when required to service the room and attend to any maintenance issues.
8. The prize can be transferred to and utilised by 5 named people. The winner of the prize must notify the Park Inn by Radisson Manchester Victoria and make a reservation on their behalf.
