Just seen it two for 5 pound at Sainsburys online whilst doing my shopping. Typical, I shall go and cancel Amazon order now and get it delivered with my shopping.

Still if you just want the cat food the amazon deals not bad with delivery.

How many pouches do you need to feed per day? I usually buy dry food but this seems quite a good deal unless the average cat needs 3 or 4 pouches a day (I have 2 cats)

we have one cat, he eats 3 a day minimum and to pay £1.10 for someone else to drag it to my house is a bargain! (we have no car).

    No, it's £7.40 for 24 packs so £14.80 for 48. Best offer is Sainsburys with 2 x 12 packs for £5.00 so 48 for £10.00

Often Pets at Home do offers where this food is £24 for 2 boxes of 48 pouches which is £3 a box (http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=255758628)

As a first time buyer (and a first time register of other emails...) you can get 10% off which brings it down to £2.70 a box. Often they do free delivery as well but often they do other good value offers which you can top up your order to the usual £29 threshold for free delivery.

Recently I got the whiskas on offer in Morrissons which was £6 for 3 boxes of 12 pouches, a real bargain there! And tescos etc do occasionally still do 2 boxes of 12 for £5.

The advice given by manufacturers is 3 pouches per cat per day. When my 2 were young they got through 3-4 pouches per day in total between them as they were growing but no way 3 each, and since becoming full grown I usually put down 2-3 per day in total for both of them. However, I do feed dry food too. In the summer they tend to want more of the dry food (and you don't want it becoming smelly) so I only put down 1 pouch per day.

Asda do a box of 48 sachets for £9.98 it's either whiskas or felix, sorry can't remember but literally saw it few minutes ago whilst at Asda so if that's more local then it's a good deal.x

I think you're wrong loopylu ... as the OP states that you get 4 of the pack size given... I do think this is 2 of the 24 packs.

Looking at orders I've made in the past (for cat food) this is how it's worked.
