Looking for advice have no paper work for some Credit Cards i would like to reclaim PPI. I do not have account numbers do i need them to start proceedings i have start dates end dates & company details.

    You dont need any paperwork unless you are going back over 6 years as typically lenders keep records up to 6 years. If neither side has records going back over 6 years then you wont get anything.

    You have to state why you were mis-sold in any complaint you make. Having PPI is not a mis-sale reason.

    Not having it is even less of a reason. Unless you or the firm have evidence that you did, then a complaint will be a non-starter.
