Was it added from day one you opened the account. Sometimes with a PPI like this it can be added later and they may say in a telephone call or something like that? Can you ever remember this?0

No as I took this out online. I did have a look at there site and it say's you don't need to be employed to take out the PPI???0

Oh right, so what are you actually insuring? You would have to look at the terms and conditions to see that and how you could make a claim if needed. Are you saying this was added without knowledge? No as I took this out online. I did have a look at there site and it say's you don't need to be employed to take out the PPI???0 -
Yeah as I have fallen behind with payments the guy on the phone was saying what I am getting charged for and sort of said about the PPI and I was like ok then. I am insuring that how I took it out and why you don't need to be employed to take it out???0

What does the insurance cover you for?Yeah as I have fallen behind with payments the guy on the phone was saying what I am getting charged for and sort of said about the PPI and I was like ok then. So, if you bought it online, what would your complaint be? How was it mis-sold to you?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
