Hi Moose1982, i already thought of that!! I photocopied the application i put in 3 years ago, and will use that as a guide. Nothings changed, and saw consultant today who fully supports me, and agrees my physical excercise tolerance level is low.

Thanks to all who replied, and thanks to MrsManda, i have rung the Leeds hospital trust and set the wheels in motion for getting copies of medical recirds and the scan picture, which, incidently, is VERY clear, to anyone with eyes, as its more like an xray of my trachea and you can clearly see the narrowing.
