My card has been debited for the 2 phones I ordered, but the orders have been cancelled!

Should we complain to Watchdog?

1)The money has been taken out of accounts

and more importantly

2)The e-mail I got said 'The phone is on it's way!'. This should not have been said since it is now totally misleading information.

Remember the GameCube fiasco?

Yes but Virgin should make sure these things don't happen in the first place!

And if they aren't even going to inform me the order has been cancelled...

Just reminds me why I hate Virgin / T-Mobile so much :@

I know what you mean, I agree! It's just watchdog would not be interested because we did kind of cheat the system!

My Sony Ericson and Nokia 1100 came today (2nd delivery of 2 phones in 2 days!!). Yesterday I got a Nokia and a Siemens A160 for my mum to choose between but she doesnt like either. Will prob end up selling them both.

Would LOVE to get another Sony Ericson for her, logged onto the site straight away and put one in my basket and it came up at £19.99 plus £10 for the joining pack, and with a £10 voucher. No messing about or any workarounds. But it wont let me progress to the checkout.
